Air Temp specializes in multi family housing and residential customer,
but have also moved into the industrial field and work side by side
with top level contractors.

Air Temperature Specialists opened for business in June of 1999. After working in the HVAC field for other contractors since 1989, Charles Jines started Air Temperature Specialists (Air Temp) as a one man operation.
In November of 2000 Elias Hernanedez joined the company and after a couple of years Elias was made Vice President. With Charles and Elias hard work the company has grown at a rapid pace and is one of the most reliable and honest service companies that a customer will find. As of May 2006 Air Temp currently employs six technicians, two customer service reps, two part time helpers and in June 2006 two more technicians along with two helpers joined our company. Chuck and Elias also help in the field as technicians. Air Temp only hires technicians that represent us in the best manner: hard working, service oriented, friendly, and are of good character.
Charles Jines and Elias Hernandez believe that a business is not defined by the size of the company, but by the quality of the work that it does. For this reason, Air Temp has chosen to grow at a steady pace to insure that work quality, customer service, and reliability of technicians come first. The growth will come but not at the cost of Air Temps outstanding customer service.
